MEET THE PASTA ARTISTS: Monica & Valentina, born and raised in Italy, learned the ART of HOMEMADE PASTA from their grandmas who wisely donated their precious secrets and many authentic recipes. Inspired by their Italian families gathered around a table, they are in love with bringing people together.

“We don’t remember how old we were when we started to make Homemade Pasta with our “nonne” in Italy, but it’s become a sort of obsession. It’s a kind of ritual, a passion, a relaxing activity for us and our whole families. There’s nothing quite like the taste, of course, but there’s also something addicting about the pasta-making process itself. It’s all-consuming yet meditative; you get lost in the act.”
